Focus Log ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Focus Log mobile application.

• Phone number or Google account information used for login
• Focus sessions, task lists, goals, streaks, and productivity history
• App settings, theme preferences, and gamification progress
• Device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version
• Anonymous analytics and crash reports to improve app performance

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Save your focus sessions, tasks, and progress
• Provide reminders, streak tracking, and personalized recommendations
• Improve the app experience and fix bugs
• Enable premium features, rewards, and in-app purchases
• Send important service-related notifications

3. Authentication

If you sign in using Google or your phone number, authentication is securely handled by Firebase Authentication or other third-party authentication providers. We do not store your password.

4. Data Storage

Your data may be stored securely using cloud services such as Firebase or Supabase. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

5. Analytics and Advertising

Focus Log may use analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app.

The app may also display optional rewarded advertisements. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, advertising partners may collect limited device information to deliver and measure the ad.

6. In-App Purchases

Focus Log may offer premium subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only with:

• Authentication providers
• Cloud storage and analytics providers
• Advertising providers for rewarded ads
• Payment providers for subscriptions and purchases
• Authorities if required by law

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep certain information by law.

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Disable notifications or analytics from your device settings

10. Account Deletion Request

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Option 1: In-App (Recommended)

1. Open the Focus Log app.
2. Go to the Profile section.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: Web Request

If you have uninstalled the app, please email us at pankajsoni1705@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Data Handling & Retention:

• What is deleted: Upon your request, we will delete your user profile, focus history, task lists, and pet progress.
• What is kept: We may retain anonymized analytics data that does not identify you personally for service improvement.
• Retention Period: Requests are usually processed within 7 days. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

11. Children's Privacy

Focus Log is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
